PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversion adaptor, a measurement unit, a medical device, and a training device capable of improving detection accuracy of a measuring device.SOLUTION: A conversion adaptor 20 is disposed in a front stage of a measuring device 2 which includes a first through hole 3 capable of receiving a flexible linear body 1 and first sheath 21, has the linear body 1 supported by an inner wall of the first through hole 3, and measures a compressive force and tensile force in a longitudinal axis direction applied to the linear body 1 depending on the degree of curvature of the linear body 1. The conversion adaptor 20 is provided with a body part 23 in which a second through hole 30 is formed. The second through hole 30 includes: a first part 31 located in a subsequent stage end side and capable of receiving the first sheath 21; and a second part 32 located in a front stage end side and capable of receiving a second sheath 22 which is larger in the external diameter than the first sheath 21. When the linear body 1 is let through the second through hole 30 with the tip of the linear body received in the second sheath 22, the second sheath 22 for receiving the tip of the linear body 1 can be replaced by the first sheath 21. |
