PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus capable of heightening resolution power of a wavelength region in spectrometry and preventing a bad influence from being exerted on the spectrometry for a measurement object region.SOLUTION: An endoscope apparatus includes: an image pick-up element 150 where an imaging area 154 for receiving imaging light radiated from an observation object region and a spectral area 152 for receiving radiation light radiated from a measurement object region are formed on the same light receiving surface; an imaging optical system 180 for guiding the imaging light to the imaging area 154; a spectral optical system 160 for guiding the radiation light to the spectral area 152; a shutter member 161 provided in the spectral optical system 160 to transmit or shade the light entering the spectral area 152; and a shutter control part 250 for shading the imaging light entering the spectral area 152 in timing when the illuminating light is radiated and on the other hand, transmitting the radiation light entering the spectral area 152 in timing when the illuminating light is not radiated and the measurement light is radiated. |
