PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a guide rail for a top-railed sliding door and a vertical gap of the rail and the top-railed sliding door to be suspended from there from being unsightly exposed to the front (front face side). SOLUTION: A front decorative sheet piece (14) is overhung in an orthogonal state in a vertical direction continuously from a front end part of a lateral ceiling board piece (12) forming a rail attaching bracket (B), a depth (d2) of a lower side plate piece part (14b) suspended from the top ceiling board piece (12) in the front decorative sheet piece (14) is set to a dimension deeper than an upper end face of a top-railed sliding door (10) suspended from a guide rail (R), and an attaching plate piece (13) erected in a rear rising inclination state from the vicinity of a rear end part of the ceiling board piece (12) is attached with a fixing machine screw (16) to be screwed in a rear lowering inclination posture to a wall surface (W) of a building.
