PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which suppresses total thickness and deterioration of communication characteristics while reinforcing a combining electrode electrically connected to a printed board apart therefrom in the thickness direction. SOLUTION: The antenna device includes: a printed board 1 in which a ground 2 is formed on one face via a base member 4, and a signal line 3 which transmits a signal is formed on the other face; a combining electrode 8 which is communicable by an electromagnetic field combination with an electrode of the other antenna device; an electrode pole 7 which electrically connects the signal line 3 to the combining electrode 8 while spacing apart by a given distance to a thickness direction H of the printed board 1; and an upper board 16 which is pinched between the combining electrode 8 and a face forming the signal line 3 of the printed board 1, and is composed of a dielectric fixing the combining electrode.
