PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection tool and a contactor for energizing an electronic component such as a print circuit board, which are easy to manufacture, can be manufactured at a low cost, can be easily maintained, ensure conductive contact between the contactor and an electrode, and can also improve internal resistance of the contactor. SOLUTION: In an inspection tool 1, a contactor 10 in conductive contact with an inspection terminal of a print circuit board to be inspected has a contact stylus 11 that is conductive and a coil spring 12; the contact stylus 11 having a tip 111, a projection 112, a large diameter part 113 and a relay part 114; and the coil spring 12 being composed of a relay end 122, a spring constant part 123 and an electrode end 121. The contactor 10, which is held by a contactor holding body 20, is installed on an electrode part 40 to be attachable/detachable and has an initial load. An electrode 41 is connected to an inspection device of the electrode part 40, and is placed in series with the contactor 10. The coil spring 12 is composed of lines of an irregular shape, and the electrode end 121 in contact with the electrode 41 is bent in a center direction at the terminal and has an edge face near the center.
