<p>Dentifrices comprise sodium monofluorophosphate and a polishing material containing at least a major proportion of dicalcium phosphate. The anhydrous and/or hydrated forms of dicalcium phosphate may be used together with calcium carbonate, alumina, calcium pyrophosphate, calcium polymetaphosphate or tricalcium phosphate. The dentifrices may contain surface active agents. Tooth powders or pastes may be formulated using conventional excipients.</p> |
