The present invention relates to a detachable handle detachably coupled to a cooking container, wherein the detachable handle comprises a body part (10), a sliding part, a rotary operating part, and a pin member (40). The body part (10) includes: a lower member (11) having a stepped surface (11′) formed at the tip portion and contacted with an external surface of a cooking container; and an upper member (12) assembled on the first lower member (11). The sliding part includes: a detachable element (22) formed at the tip portion and contacted with an inside surface of the cooking container; a sliding plate (21) installed at the lower member (11) to be able to slide in a length direction; a first elastic spring (23) for elastically supporting a rear end portion of the sliding plate (21), and operation protrusions (24) formed to protrude vertically on an upper surface of the sliding plate (21). The rotary operating part includes: a lever (31) installed at an upper side of a front portion of the upper member (12) to be able to rotate; and a rotation operating unit (32) detachably coupled to the lever (31) inside the upper member (12) and thus rotating the lever (31) as one body; and a catching part on which an upper end portion of the operating protrusions (24) is caught. The rotary operating part compresses or restores the first elastic spring (23) while rotating clockwise or counterclockwise, thereby allowing the sliding plate (21) to move forward and backward. A lower portion of the pin member (40) is elastically supported by a second elastic spring (45) and an upper portion of the pin member (40) is vertically inserted into a penetration hole (12′) formed in the upper member (12), so that the pin member (40) penetrates the sliding plate (21). The pin member (40) controls the movement of the sliding plate (21) while moving upward and downward depending on the compression and restoration of the second elastic spring (45). |
