<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for easily mounting three-dimensional gathers so that they effectively function. <P>SOLUTION: A diaper 100 having an absorber 61, which is interposed between a liquid permeable top sheet 62 and a liquid impermeable back sheet 63 and absorbs body fluid, includes a crotch part 1 to be applied to the crotch of a wearer, an abdominal side part 2 extending on the front side of the crotch part 1, a back side part 3 extending on the rear side of the crotch part 1, a pair of three-dimensional gathers 7 provided so as to extend in the longitudinal direction in the crotch part 1 and erected to the crotch part 1, and an identification part 8 for identifying the three-dimensional gathers 7 from other parts.
