<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-speed spray of a coating liquid and cope with high-viscosity coating liquids. <P>SOLUTION: The spray type coating unit includes a piezoelectric element 43 for charging which opens and closes a coating liquid charge passage 41, a piezoelectric element 23 for discharging which varies the pressure of the inside of a discharge tank 21 and a piezoelectric element drive control portion capable of controlling the piezoelectric element 43 for charging and the piezoelectric element 23 for discharging independently. The piezoelectric element drive control portion has a discharge control means of setting the piezoelectric element 43 for charging at 'closed' position and operating the piezoelectric element 23 for discharging at the pressure-rise position so as to discharge the coating liquid 14 in the discharge tank 21 from a nozzle 22 in a sprayed form and a cobwebbing cutting control means of, after the discharge of the coating liquid 14 from the nozzle 22, cutting the cobwebbing part of the coating liquid 14 by returning the piezoelectric element 23 for discharging to the initial position while keeping the piezoelectric element 43 for charging at the 'closed' position so as to make negative the pressure of the inside of the tank 21 for discharging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
