PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a surface protective layer compatibly having both of scratch resistance and three-dimensional moldability. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet has at least a surface protective layer on a base material. The surface protective layer contains at least polycarbonate (meth)acrylate and multi-functional (meth)acrylate, and consists of a cured matter of an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition with a mass ratio of the polycarbonate (meth)acrylate to multi-functional (meth)acrylate of 98:2 to 70:30.
