<p>The attachment (24) has connection region (25) whose end is connected to marrow nail. A fastening screw is passed via fastening region (26) for securing the attachment in bone. An accommodating recess is extended in direction of fastening region. Several openings (31) provided in wall (30) are arranged to form guide channel (32) extended via longitudinal axis (33) of attachment. A separating wall (47) having through-hole (34) is provided between fastening region and connection region. An opening at another end of connection region is extended into fastening region.</p> |
