The clamp (10) has two opposing conductive arms (11) biased toward each other by a circlip (13) for maintaining a connection pad (20) under pressure when inserted between the arms of the clamp. A spacer (30) is arranged to cooperate with the arms, where the spacer occupies operative position in which the spacer is opposed to the circlip for opening the clamp to allow displacement of the pad relative to the clamp, and passive position in which the spacer allows switching of the clamp in closed position. An independent claim is also included for an electrical apparatus.
