The present invention proposes a method and an apparatus for guaranteeing successive SPS transmission when a dynamic TDD UL-DL is reset in a TDD system. A base station transmits SPS downlink data to a terminal and receives an uplink signal for the SPS downlink data. The terminal can transmits the uplink signal for the SPS downlink data. In addition, the base station receives SPS uplink data and can transmit a downlink control signal for the SPS uplink data. The terminal transmits the SPS uplink data and can receive the downlink control signal for the SPS uplink data. When the dynamic TDD UL-DL is reset, a TDD UL-DL setup is changed into a radio frame unit. When the terminal misses TDD UL-DL re-setup information transmitted as a PHY signal, SPS transmission can be continue. The present invention can be applied to the transmission and reception of information such as a voice call which is sensitive at delay.
