摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a technetium-99m labeled gold nanoparticles-gold binding peptide complex which comprises the steps of: a) coating gold-biding peptide to gold nanoparticles; and b) labeling synthesized technetium-99m tricarbonyl precursors to the gold-binding peptide coated on the gold nanoparticles. The technetium-99m labeled gold nanoparticles-gold binding peptide complex manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention has a high label transference number and internal stability, thereby can be used to produce a molecular contrast medium (imaging agent) trackable in a body by using imaging devices such as gamma imaging and single photon emission computed tomography.
