PURPOSE: A drug composite containing a protein or a peptide drug and sulfonic acid-containing polysaccharides is provided to prevent aggregation or denaturation of the peptide or protein drug and to stably maintain drug activity. CONSTITUTION: A drug composite for stable and continuous drug delivery contains a protein or a peptide drug and sulfuric acid-containing polysaccharides. The composite is formed through ionic bond between two materials at a pH in which the sulfuric acid-containing polysaccharides have a negative charge and the protein or peptide drug has a positive charge. The polysaccharides are fucoidan, chondrotin sulfate, pectin(galacturonic acid), charonin sulfuric acid, dermatan sulfate, heparin sulfate, keratin sulfate, dextran sulfate, dextran sulfate cellulose, or carageenan.
