The present invention relates to a sled stick and, more specifically, to a sled stick which allows a user to use the sled stick providing a driving force to a sled without using a wrist and which allows even a child who has weak wrists to easily provide a driving force to the sled by using the sled stick. The present invention comprises: a gripping rod (110); a link (120) of which the upper part is coupled to the lower end of the gripping rod (110) to be rotated around on a hinge (150) forward and backward; and a friction plate (130) which has a connector (131) of which the upper part is coupled to the lower part of the link (120) to be rotated around the hinge (150) and which has multiple contact protrusions (140) protruding at regular intervals on the bottom thereof. |
