A temperature regulation system is incorporated into a building structure, between internal and external leaves (1, 8) that define a cavity in the envelope of the building. The system comprises at least one thermally conductive element (3) connected to ground temperature through at least one thermal probe (7) extending into the earth adjacent to the building to a depth wherein the earth exhibits a substantially constant temperature, thus enabling the natural thermal flow of heat between the conductive element (3) and the ground. The conductive element (3) is mounted within the cavity in such a way that it can move due to thermal expansion and contraction. An independent claim describes a cubical building element. |
