Disclosed in the present invention are a system to provide a delivery service using a mobile terminal and a method thereof. The system to provide a delivery service using a mobile terminal in which a mobile application is activated and purchase of and payment for a product is processed using the activated mobile application includes: an affiliate store server which, when a buyer terminal selects a product to purchase, provides purchase data on the selected product to an affiliate store terminal and, when the affiliate store terminal selects a deliverer, provides delivery data to a deliverer terminal of the selected deliverer; a relay server which, when the delivery of the product is completed, receives a request for payment for the product from the buyer terminal and provides payment completion data as a result of the payment to the affiliate store server; and a payment server which processes the payment in link with the relay server and provides the processing result.
