<p>The element (1) has upper and lower narrow sides (7, 8) for connecting a light conductor front side (2), a light conductor rear side (4) and lateral narrow sides (5, 6) with one another. A light coupling surface (9) couples light of a light source i.e. LED, into the element. One of the lateral sides has a reflective surface (14) that deflects the light towards another lateral side. A light deflection surface forms another reflective surface, where the latter reflective surface deflects the light deflected by the former reflective surface towards a light emitting surface (3) on the front side. An independent claim is also included for a lighting unit.</p> |
