PURPOSE: A plasma advanced water treatment apparatus is provided to prevent fire or electrical shock caused by a high voltage when a discharge tube is damaged by stopping an operation of a power part by sensing treatment subject water flowed out from a damaged inner pipe when the inner pipe is damaged by a high voltage plasma discharging. CONSTITUTION: A plasma advanced water treatment apparatus comprises a dual pipe (10); a plasma generating unit; a water tub; a water leakage sensor (61); and an output stop control circuit part. A first passing way through which processing subject water passes and a second passing way (13A) through which gas for radical reaction passes are formed in the dual pipe. The processing water ejected from the first passing way by being connected to the dual tube and a radical generating source ejected from the second passing way react in the water tub. The first passing way of the dual tube is an inner pathway surrounded by an inner tube (11), and the second passing way is formed between the inner tube and an outer tube (13). The water leakage sensor is equipped on one side of the dual tube and senses the processing water flowing through the inner tube of the dual tube to the second passing way. When the water leakage sensor senses the processing water leaked to the second passing way, the output stop control circuit part stops operation of a power driving circuit to stop a high voltage output of a power supply unit (21). |
