Optical snow meter using a laser related to the present invention comprises a laser array including a plurality of laser beam generation units installed to enable scanning to different set points or in different directions, respectively, for a subject face; a camera module installed to allow monitoring of the subject face and imaging of a plurality of laser pointers formed by the laser array; and a micom unit to convert changes in a position in the image of each laser pointer into an amount of snowfall by comparison between the first image imaged by the camera module at the first point and the second image imaged by the camera module at the second point.
