The present invention relates to an elastic non-woven fabric using a polyvinylalcohol fiber and a manufacturing method thereof. The polyvinylalcohol fiber and a cotton fiber are formed into a non-woven fabric and then the non-woven fabric is allowed to perform a thermal reaction, so that elasticity is imparted to the non-woven fabric. Specifically, the manufacturing method of the present invention comprises: mixing a polyvinylalcohol fiber having a melting point of 35-100 and a cotton fiber; subjecting the mixed polyvinylalcohol fiber and cotton fiber to carding and water punching to produce a non-woven fabric; and allowing the non-woven fabric to perform a thermal reaction to impart elasticity to the non-woven fabric. |
