The present apparatus does not syntagmatically control door detection, temperature, cooling, heating, and a light in a room using an existing wire connection method in a room control apparatus group. The present apparatus controls respective circuit groups through a wireless transceiving circuit by applying a local wireless communication circuit to the respective circuit groups. A wireless-unique address is set in the facility installation of the room. When the apparatus is connected to a common power AC 220V outlet or a common power AC 100V outlet, the apparatus is automatically operated, combines wireless in the room, and exchanges information with a wired junction apparatus. In addition, the present apparatus can control and transmit the state and information of the room using a wired telephone line installed in the room to a room management system of an information desk. The present apparatus is easily installed, changed, and extended. The installation time and cost of the apparatus can be reduced more than half. A crime prevention function is reinforced by detecting forced door open in a blackout. A real-time disaster prevention function is additionally extended through a fire and smoke sensor to minimize casualties of guests. The present apparatus secures safety. The system is easy to be exported to foreign countries by standardizing the apparatus.
