The present invention relates to a system for collecting and processing fallen coal of a belt conveyor, including a deck plate (20) and a scraper (100). The scraper (100) comprises a chain conveyor (110), a plurality of fixing brackets (120), a supporting body (130), and a collecting blade (140). The system for collecting and processing fallen coal of a belt conveyor includes a collecting hopper (200) installed below the deck plate (20) in the longitudinal direction; a collecting pipe (210) at the bottom of the collecting hopper (200); a transferring pipe (220) connected to the collecting pipe (210) to extend towards the top of a belt conveyor (10); a discharge pipe (240) on one top of the transferring pipe (220) to supply fallen coal to the top of the belt conveyor (10); a transferring chain (250) for circulating the inside of the transferring pipe (220) to transfer fallen coal; and a driving member (230) on one side of the transferring pipe (220) to move the transferring chain (250). The system for collecting and processing fallen coal of a belt conveyor according to the present invention improves fallen coal collecting efficiency; and enable the recycling of fallen coal by automatically re-supplying the fallen coal to the belt conveyor.
