摘要 The present invention relates to a nanocomplex in which the fluorescence and reactive oxygen generation are activated by the action of a specific enzyme overexpressed in cancer cells, and more specifically, to a graphene oxide/biopolymer-photosensitizer nanocomplex for a cancer cell selective fluorescence image or photothermal treatment which is obtained by combining graphene oxide to a responsive binder. The graphene oxide/biopolymer-photosensitizer anocomplex according to the present invention selectively reacts to an enzyme expressed in the cancer cells and generates a strong fluorescence signal, and generates reactive oxygen species and heat. Therefore, the graphene oxide/biopolymer-photosensitizer anocomplex according to the present invention can be applied to not only the fluorescence image diagnosis but also the photodynamic/photothermal treatment of cancer.
