A first return electrode of conductive material, the first return electrode 1004 comprising an extended feature disposed a substantially constant distance from the first active electrode 1002, and the first return electrode 1004 electrically coupled to the second electrical pin. At least one aspiration aperture on the distal end of the elongate shaft fluidly coupled to second fluid conduit, the second fluid conduit within the elongate shaft.
