<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness capable of improving heat dissipating characteristics when it is mounted on a vehicle of which the driving source is a motor and of suppressing temperature rise of an electric wire when energized. <P>SOLUTION: The wire harness 10 is equipped with a plurality of numbers of electric wires 12 and an electric wire protecting material 16 to cover the outer periphery of the plurality of numbers of electric wires 12, and has a plurality of ventilation holes in the peripheral face of the electric wire protecting material 16. A shield layer 14 may be formed at the outer periphery of the plurality of numbers of electric wire 12. A mesh sheet is suitable as the electric wire protecting material 16. A flat cable is preferable as the electric wires 12.
