<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audiovisual terminal and an audiovisual authentication system that are adapted for a viewer to perform audiovisual confirmation of an audiovisual program, and particularly to perform audiovisual authentication in remote education, and a program for controlling the terminal and the system. <P>SOLUTION: An audiovisual authentication system includes playback means that causes an audiovisual terminal operated by a viewer of an audiovisual program to play back the audiovisual program, playback detection means that, from the audiovisual program played back with a playback operation by the viewer, detects playback authentication points that are signals provided at predetermined time intervals in the audiovisual program by a program providing entity, a clock that outputs times at which the playback authentication points are detected by the playback detection means, transmitting means that transmits the detected playback authentication points and the times at which the playback authentication points are detected to an audiovisual authentication system possessed by an audiovisual authentication entity, in order to inform the audiovisual authentication entity that the audiovisual program is being normally viewed and listened to by the viewer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
