PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp device capable of efficiently radiating heat generated from a light source, and a lighting fixture.SOLUTION: The lamp device includes a lamp device body 32 wherein a plurality of heat radiation fins 48 are formed on an outer peripheral part 47 and a board mounting part 49 is arranged inside the outer peripheral part 47, and a cap side space 50 made of the outer peripheral part 47 and a one surface side of the board mounting part 49 is formed; a cap 31 arranged in the cap side space 50 having a cap case 38 having a board part 40, a cylindrical projection part 41 projected from the center of an upper surface of the board part 40 to an upper part, and an annular wall 42 projected from a peripheral part of the board part 40 to a lower part, and a lamp pin 39 projected from a board part 40 of the cap case 38, wherein the wall 42 is arranged in the cap side space 50; a light source module board 33 mounted on the other surface side of the board mounting part 49; and a lighting-up device 36 electrically connected with the lamp pins 39 and arranged inside the cap case 38. |
