PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for determining the term of validity of data in consideration of statistics related with the number of data or the amounts of data to be obtained in certain tabulation unit. SOLUTION: A statistics obtaining means (43) obtains statistics related with the number of data or the amounts of data in predetermined tabulation unit.
