The implant (1) has a central element (3) fixing a metallic, ceramic or synthetic articular body (2) in a cavity of scapula. The body includes an elongated tray (21) having an inner face (23) that is turned toward the cavity and is provided with a central pin (24) to assemble the body with the element. The element includes an assembling unit e.g. peripheral groove, to assemble the element with the pin. A blocking unit e.g. screw (4), blocks rotation of the element with respect to the cavity. Another blocking unit e.g. side stud (26), blocks rotation of the body with respect to the cavity.
