The present invention relates to an apparatus of measuring insulation resistance including: a first capacitor connecting, in parallel, a first terminal of a vehicle power supplying source to a first insulation resistance of a chassis; and a second capacitor connecting, in parallel, a second terminal of the vehicle power supplying source to a second insulation resistance of the chassis, wherein the first capacitor and the second capacitor are alternately charged. According to the present invention, the apparatus calculates the voltage for double ends of the insulation resistance by adding the capacitor connected in parallel with the insulation resistance in order to determine whether the insulation resistance is destructed in a short period of time. |
