The present invention is for improving safety of a battery by preventing an impact applied to the battery from being transferred to an electrode assembly, and furthermore, prevents a capacity degradation of the battery by preventing an electrode separation phenomenon during a battery reaction by applying a predetermined pressure to the electrode assembly. The present invention provides: the electrode assembly including one or more unit cell laminates where more than two unit cells with a positive electrode and a negative electrode located around a separator are laminated, and a jig installed on the upper and lower sides of the surface of the unit cell laminates and formed of a material without a reactivity with electrolyte; and a battery cell, a battery pack, and a device comprising the electrode assembly.
