Disclosed is an apparatus for drying agricultural products using far infrared rays. The apparatus for drying agricultural products using far infrared rays according to the present invention comprises: a housing formed to allow a worker to enter; a drying room which is installed inside the housing, which is spaced apart from an upper portion and a side surface portion of the housing at predetermined intervals, respectively, so that an air circulation passage is formed between the housing and the drying room, and which has a space for receiving a material to be dried; a heating unit which is installed on the air circulation passage so as to be positioned above the drying room, which radiates 0.891 or higher of far infrared rays at a frequency of 3-20 μm, and which emits a radiation energy of 9.15 × 10^3 (W/m^2·μm) at 400°C; a plurality of ventilation fans installed at one side of the drying room and provided to continuously circulate the warmed air from the heating unit through the air circulation passage and inside the drying room; and a dehumidifier installed on an outer surface of the housing to communicate with the air circulation passage and provided to remove moisture contained in the warmed air which circulates along the air circulation passage. According to the present invention, the warmed air heated by the far infrared rays is circulated on agricultural products to be dried, thereby completely and promptly drying even insides of the agricultural products, and thus increasing the drying efficiency, contributing to an effect of reducing energy through prompt drying and circulation of the warmed air, and eliminating the possibility of damaging the agricultural products. |
