A questionnaire survey terminal according to the present invention comprises: an output part for allocating different kinds of tendency questionnaire items in each direction about a reference point wherein a tendency gets stronger as the questionnaire item gets farther from the reference point; an input part for selectively inputting a point among a questionnaire area; and a controller for matching the kind of tendency questionnaire items and the strength of the tendency allocated at the point selected among the questionnaire area and calculating survey result data. The questionnaire survey terminal and the questionnaire survey method according to the present invention can survey a tendency degree and a preference as well as a tendency and an interest area of a respondent and can visually recognize the survey result.
