A buoyancy control type sunlight tracker according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a solar cell plate which is installed in the upper surface of at least one sola cell module which collects sunlight and converts it into electricity; a buoyancy part which is installed in the lower surface of the solar cell plate and provides buoyancy which allows the solar cell plate to float on the surface of the wafer; fixing wires which connect the solar cell plate with a land; a sunlight detection part which is attached to the solar cell plate and detects the sunlight; and a control part which controls the buoyancy of the buoyancy part to make the upper surface of the solar cell plate face the radiation direction of the sunlight by using the quantity of the detected sunlight.
