<p>The present invention provides a transparent conductive film having an anti-blocking property, excellent transparency, and a glaring preventing property, a displaying device using the same, and an image display device comprising the display device. The present invention provides the transparent conductive film for the display device comprising a black matrix having an opening part of a polygonal shape wherein definition of the same is equal or larger than 150 ppi. The transparent conductive film comprises a transparent polymer substrate; a transparent conductive layer formed at a first main surface side of the transparent polymer substrate; and a stiffening resin layer formed at the space between the transparent polymer substrate and the transparent conductive layer and at least one side from a first main surface of the transparent polymer substrate and a second main surface of the opposite side. A surface layer of a side where the stiffening resin layer is formed has a flat part and rising part at a surface wherein the height of the rising part is larger than the flat part by 10 nm or more. The maximum diameter of a cross sectional shape made by crossing of the surface, which is parallel to the flat part, with the rising part at a position 10 nm distant from the flat part is smaller than the minimum value of the distance between two sides which are not adjacent to the opening part of the black matrix.</p> |
