The present invention relates to a forced regeneration control method of a diesel particulate filter (DPF). The forced regeneration control method of a DPF according to the present invention comprises: a signal generating step of generating a regeneration signal for forcibly regenerating a DPF (200) arranged on a vehicle so that the carbon grains laminated on the DPF can be removed by driving the vehicle; a vehicle position determining step of determining whether the vehicle is positioned indoor or outdoor when the regeneration signal is generated in the signal generating step; a regeneration stopping step of stopping regenerating the DPF if the vehicle is determined to be positioned indoor in the position determining step; and a regeneration starting step of starting regenerating the DPF if the vehicle is determined to be positioned outdoor in the position determining step.
