NOZZLE GUIDE OF ATOMIZING FOR TREATMENT EQUIPMENT OF REDUCTION SLAG

The present invention provides a spray nozzle guide for a spray device of a slag treatment apparatus. The spray nozzle is provided to secure the linearity of high speed sprayed gas and scattered slag by having a guide installed on the front thereof and to gather the directions of the scattered slag in the center, thereby maximizing the output of slag balls, wherein the spray nozzle is formed in a spray device which sprays the high speed gas onto slag falling in a molten state at high temperatures inside a tundish for scattering the slag, then dropping and solidifying the slag in a ball or a fiber shape. The slag treatment consists of: the tundish for controlling the flow rate of slag which falls from a slag port after being generated in an electric furnace and drawn at a fixed amount; the spray device provided with the spray nozzle which distributes the slag by spraying the high speed gas onto the molten slag falling from the tundish; and the guide which is installed on the front of the spray nozzle of the spray device and which guides the slag scattered by a sprayed substance.
