摘要 The present invention relates to a marking protractor and a bolt coupling method using the marking protractor capable of coupling a bolt and a nut to a high pressure casing of a turbine with an accurate rotation amount and, more specifically, to a protractor for marking the rotation of a bolt and a method for coupling a bolt and a nut using the protractor capable of accurately measuring the coupling torque amount of a bolt and a nut at the rotation angles of the bolt because there are many types of turbines having different sizes, shapes, and outputs. In order to accurately check the coupling rotation amount by centering a rotary shaft of the marking protractor and a central shaft of the bolt, a centering jig is arranged on the marking protractor and a centering jig hole is formed at the center of the bolt. The protractor for marking the rotation of a bolt comprises: a protraction plate having scales arranged on the outer edge and divided at 360 degrees; the rotary shaft positioned at the center of the protraction plate; first and second bars extended outward from the rotary shaft; and the centering jig extended downward from the rotary shaft of the protraction plate and inserted in the centering jig hole formed on the bolt of a high pressure casing. Thus, the present invention can constantly maintain the fastening degree of the bolt when the bolt and the nut of the high pressure casing are coupled to each other.
