The present invention relates to a charging type power supply device for a hot water treatment pack: which supplies power to the hot water treatment pack and generates a heating action through the heating electrolysis of salt hot water, which is liquid stored inside the hot water treatment pack, thereby preventing the harmfulness of the hot water treatment due to emission of electromagnetic waves; and especially, reduces the corrosion due to the salt hot water and the inconvenience of a user and the damage of the present invention when the hot water treatment pack is located on the body of the user by inserting the present invention into the hot water treatment pack. The present invention does not generate the electromagnetic waves unlike products using electric heating wires, solves problems of the electrolysis due to the corrosion of an electrode rod by the salt hot water, utilizes the heating action generated from the electrolysis, and is easy to use and carry by being produced in a charging type capable of expressing a heat persistence effect for an hour with about 5 minutes of charging.
