A method for manufacturing a bulk type solar battery is provided to achieve simple processes by not requiring complex processes such as a vacuum process. A nano texturing structure having nano-size pattern is formed on a surface of a silicon wafer substrate. The step for forming the nano texturing structure is performed by an etching method using a metal as a catalyst. More specifically, solution in which nano metal particles are mixed is dispersed onto the silicon wafer substrate. The silicon wafer substrate onto which nano metal particles are dispersed is etched by using etching solution. Then, the nano metal particles are removed. |
