The present invention relates to a school talk system which connects a school care system for managing students at school, to parents through a server push method to construct a specialized social network. The system of the present invention includes: a smart terminal to which a school talk application is mounted; an application platform connected through a communication network to provide a service related to a notice, reward and punishment management, education management, food management, school administration management, and current situation management in two directions, when the application mounted to the smart terminal is executed; a push platform interworking with the application platform to provide a push server to the smart terminal; and a school care system interlocking with electronic ID cards worn by students to provide a student management service, and interlocking with the application platform and the push platform to provide the student management service. The present invention constructs a specialized social network by connecting the school care system for managing students at school to a smart terminal through a server push method.
