A headphone apparatus according to the present invention comprises a pair of left and right headphones and a head band connecting the same, wherein the pair of left and right headphones comprises: a housing wrapping a speaker module which converts an electronic signal of an external sound device into an acoustic signal, and having multiple sound paths where external sound enters; and a cushion attached to the housing and comprising multiple first acoustic signal guide holes guiding an acoustic signal which is output from the speaker module, and multiple second acoustic signal guide holes guiding an external acoustic signal transmitted through the multiple sound paths of the housing. |
