Disclosed are an apparatus for generating a visual code coupon, a mobile device, and a server and a method for customer management using a visual code. The apparatus for generating a visual code according to the present invention comprises: a consumption details input unit for receiving consumption details of a customer in a store; a visual code generation unit for generating a visual code including the consumption details of the customer, an accumulated point information corresponding to the consumption details of the customer, and store information; and a coupon generation unit for generating a visual code coupon including the visual code in order to obtain the consumption details of the customer, the accumulated point information, and the store information by photographing the visual code using a mobile device.
