The present invention relates to a method for processing a transaction in a distributed system including multiple nodes with their copies. The method of the present invention comprises a step of transmitting a commit log of the transaction from one coordinator node to the its copy, a step of receiving a response about the commit log at the coordinator node from the copy, a step of transmitting a commit message requesting a commit of the transaction to all participant nodes from the coordinator node, and a step of performing the commit of the transaction at each of the participant nodes based on the commit message.
