The present invention relates to an electrode for producing sterilized water having a hydrophilic coating layer, and specifically, to a pair of electrodes producing sterilized water using underwater discharge which changes the condition of water into an underwater plasma ion condition, wherein one of the electrodes have a hydrophilic coating layer formed of a hydrophilic polymer resin containing sulfonate. The electrode has excellent adhesive properties, hydrophilicity, water proof properties, abrasion resistance, and ion conductivity, and has an excellent anti-fogging and dew condensation prevention effect, thereby minimizing a phenomenon of bubbles or water formed on an electrode plate, and improving sterilized water production efficiency. |
