A method of processing input of a mobile terminal apparatus according to the present invention includes the steps of: (a) receiving a preset selection mode entry event through an input unit; (b) confirming a display range of content objects of a page in which the selection mode entry event is generated by a control unit; (c) displaying at least one selection region having a polygonal shape surrounding the display range of the content objects on the content objects by a display unit; (d) displaying a balloon selection object including at least one selection input and advertisement information on at least one selection region of the content objects by the display unit; (e) receiving an input event with respect to the balloon selection object by the input unit; and (f) processing the input event by the control unit. The present invention may provide a mobile terminal apparatus capable of improving the degree of advertising exposure and the degree of advertising concentration of a user and efficiency of the advertisement, and allowing the user to easily select desired content object by displaying a selection input tool including advertisement information on the content object requested by the user in a balloon form, and the method of processing input of the mobile terminal apparatus.
