The present invention relates to a bidirectional disaster-related message transmission system and, more specifically, to a bidirectional disaster-related message transmission system capable of effectively transmitting disaster occurrence and management situations by a message to various receivers such as an institution, an institution staff, a field manager, and people lived in a disaster area in the case of disaster. The present invention transmits and receives the message through an XMPP based disaster-related message transmission server as a bidirectional communication protocol. Therefore, the institution, the institution staff, the field manager, and people in the disaster area effectively transmit and receive the message with each other. Also, the present invention can comprehensively transmit and receive the message regardless of type of terminal of connectors or message transmission protocol through an SMS converting module.
