PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening structure capable of enhancing constructibility while improving appearance of an entrance opening, and a method for constructing the opening.SOLUTION: In an opening structure, a frame 1 for fitting consisting of a head jamb 10 and jambs 23 on both sides is fixed to an opening 2 of a building. The jambs 23 on both sides are respectively joined to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the head jamb 10 to be framed in a three-way frame, crosspieces 40, 40 for a ceiling panel substrate are fixed so as to be arranged along both sides of the depth direction of the head jamb 10 of the frame 1 for fitting fixedly fitted into the opening 2 and so as to be laid in the width direction of the opening 2, ceiling panels 41, 41 are respectively fixed to the crosspieces on both sides thereof so as to make a gap 42 according to an upper rail 14 supporting an upper end 37 of a fitting 36, and the upper rail 14 is fixed to the head jamb 10 so that an underside thereof is exposed from the gap 42. |
